All nurses are caring, Vets (Alex & Phil) are exceptional and all staff go the extra mile. Pets are in the best hands possible. Puppy school also highly recommend as it made both my dogs very comfortable when needing to visit the vets. It's more of an outing for them and not stressful.
Went in on a weekend unannounced (on a good recommendation from several dog park friends) just to check if my dogs small wound was infected which the friendly nurse managed to confirm it wasn't and without charge ;-P Will be back for my regular visits from now on
Staff behind the counter are very friendly. The vets we've seen so far have been fantastic. Our dogs are well looked after every time they visit. The place is clean. Boarding kennels also offered as a service. The kennels are located at the back of the clinic. There's a small open grass court yard for the dogs to run. Staff were happy to give us a tour of the kennels upon request.
