I visited this surgery for the first time yesterday and they certainly lived up to their Google reviews. I took my 7 yo shepherd in for a dental clean as he was getting bad breath. After examining my dog, Jed informed me that a full dental clean wasn't necessary and that the breath could be improved/managed with some dental products. This meant that my dog didn't have to go under anaesthetic and stay in the clinic all day! It also saved me hundreds of dollars. In my experience, not all vets would have been this upfront/transparent. The front desk team were also incredibly kind and helpful in ensuring we got the appropriate treatment. Thank you, Koala Park!
Jo is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. All our dogs feel relaxed with Jo & I like the fact you are not being talked into out laying more money that is not necessary. The care & devotion they have for the pets is second to none. We have been seeing Jo & Kev since moving to Redlands 15 years ago & they are the best on the southside & prices are reasonable. They deserve 5 stars.
I had to put my old cat to sleep today. The staff here certainly are professional and most caring. We had a few moments alone with our cat after he had passed, which I think helped us a lot. I can not thank the staff here enough for the help at this time.
