  We have been part of the McDowall Veterinary Practice family for over six years. Rob and the Team (without exception) have welcomed and cared for our fur babies with the utmost care and attention. From young kittens to senior cats, each pet has been looked after by the staff in the most sensitive way. It's obvious they genuinely care for all their patients and nothing is too much trouble. We were especially touched at the way the staff supported us, when two of our elderly cats had to make their way to "The Rainbow Bridge". The staff's sensitive handling was outstanding at this most difficult time in any pet owner's relationship with their beloved pet. There have been many other health challenges for our cat family and Rob and the staff used their expertise to overcome each problem with great dedication. We are so grateful we found McDowall Vets and we applaud the addition of their luxury cat motel - boarding facility. Thank you all! ????
