Our so very much loved boots passed on Mothers Day. We shared 16 years of joy, happiness and love with our little princess and miss her so very very badly. This post is to pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff at the Animal Emergency Service. Here is a team of people that do not just provide a very professional service, they showed our boots and us genuine care and compassion at ever stage during this such disturbing and unexpected time. Im a wildlife worker and have been to many vets - I was very surprised with the level of care and concern my cat got and how kind everyone was to me, I was given a cup of tea to soothe me and was talked through everything. For an emergency vet this is the best I have seen by far.
