Yesterday morning I received a phone call from Greencross vet, they told me that my dog (Loki) had been brought in. Unfortunately he had been hit by a car and needed medical attention. My heart dropped as all these thoughts went through my head. Is he going to be okay? How did he get out? How am I going to get there? What happened? etc. Danielle was amazing and I can't thank her enough for her compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately Loki wasn't responding to any of the treatments he was given and we had to make the painful decision to euthanize him. They let me say my goodbyes in private, I never felt rushed or hurried along. I'm forever grateful for all the staffs kindness and patience that was shown.
