Dr. Ben Brown and his team are fantastic! They have provided care for our three dogs over many years. Late last year Ben went above and beyond to save our dog Osca. We are extremely grateful and would never hesitate to recommend this practice.
I am blown away with the knowledge and help I received for my pet rats who are very sick. It wasnt about money to help them, it was about genuine care and understanding. I walked away feeling at ease with the home care I was given but what really got me was the follow up call. Most people/vets just think.. its a rat..who cares charge you through the teeth and you never hear from them again. But they are part of our family and we love them dearly and the team at newport really showed they cared as well. Thats what its all about.. helping animals and their parents through a tough time. Thank you Guys, cant recommend you enough and I will be telling everyone of my customers in our pet store all about you.
I can highly recommend this vet! The staff is so nice, professional and knowledgeable. When we brought in our little dog to get de-sexed, they took such good care of him. We had to go back several times for a little check up on the wound and later to get the stitches removed. All the front desk ladies I met are so polite and outstanding at their job. They could all answer any of the questions I asked them and knew exactly what was happening with my dog without even having to look up his file on the computer. Similar, the two vets I talked to were both highly qualified and knowledgeable. At this place, I could really feel that the people working here truly love their job and my dog's health and happiness was their top priority.
