Our Charlestown practice was completely rebuilt and extended in 1999 and in 2009 it was repainted inside and out. It is a modern veterinary hospital equipped with everything required for professional high standard medicine and surgery.
We hold regular team meetings to improve communications and to help us achieve our aim to provide the highest quality compassionate and professional service to our clients and their pets at all times.
Everyone regularly attends refresher courses to update their skills and knowledge.

I've been taking my dogs to the Lake Vet Practice for over 20 years, and have always found them (both the vets and the vet nurses) to be compassionate and caring, as well as being up-to-date and excellent in their veterinary knowledge and skill. I can't praise them highly enough! Thank you to them from me and my pups :)
We highly recommend The Lake Vets after our recent visit to the hospital. The warmth of the staff to our furry child, Sammi, was compassionate and considerate. Sammi is now feeling much better thanks to Dr Kelly. Thank you very much - see you again soon for my grooming.
