I consider this vet clinic and their staff as an extension of my family. We have been seeing them for 30 years and they have taken exceptional care of our pets (and us!) the entire time. They show empathy, understanding, and have a true interest in the well being of their patients and families. Going to the vet can be stressful for both pets and their owners, but St George Animal Hospital have held our hand through good times and bad. They expressed their condolences during the toughest times of our lives (losing a pet) and handled it with such tact and empathy. They made a devastating process one filled of compassion and care with true displays of sympathy and understanding. They have always checked in with our pets thoroughly, never judge and explain things in a relatable, yet professional matter. They will take into consideration your financial situation, and you can tell they are not just about getting money out of you. They want to provide the best care for your pets to the best of their ability, within the realm of understanding the financial toll this can take on certain owners. Their range of vets allow you to discover which vet you prefer regarding their approach (some are straight to the point, some are more gentle, some in-between) which is great as each person and their pet have different ways of relating to their doctor. The nurses and staff are always kind and bubbly, and have always treated us with the upmost respect. I would recommend ANYONE to this animal hospital.
