I needed someone to look after my cat while we were on holidays and this place was perfect. The cost of 20$/day, which incl. food, was reasonable. I called them during my holiday to make sure everything was going ok, and they were happy to answer my questions. When we picked him up after, he put on a bit of weight, so they fed him well. I dont think they let pets out of their enclosure, it would be good to have that as it would provide a means to exercise.
Our cat was really well looked after here. The vets and the staff were friendly, professional and responsible. They would call me to update me how my cat was doing daily when my cat was hospitalised in there. The cost was reasonable as well. I recommend this veterinary.
Have been there with both dogs before but yesterday our small elderly dog was the victim of a large dog attack. Operation 1.5hours trying to save her (which they did). They gave the truth in answer all enquiries in a caring and professional manner. So far the outcome is good and the cost including meds was not as bad as feared. We were also well coached on wound care before we were permitted to take our stitched and battered girl home. Thanks to everyone there.
